Did Australia get it wrong when they voted off  the next person to leave Xfactor Australia 2011? Well, they have spoken. Surely, Australians love these contestants who were safe and will perform again next week: Andrew Wishart, Reece MastinDeclan Sykes, Christina Parie, and Three Wishez.

The bottom two were:  Mitchell Callaway, his first time at the bottom two, and Johnny Ruffo who’s been in theremore than once.

Singing for their life to stay in the competition (which doesn’t make sense anymore with the judges obviously made their decision even before the first note was sang),   Mitchell Callaway delivered the much awaited country performance singing “I Won’t Let Go” by Rascal Flatts; while  Johnny Ruffo, did a Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean”.

The four judges Ronan Keating, Guy Sebastian, Natalie Bassingthwaighte, and Mel B were evenly divided with both acts receiving two votes each, hence, there was deadlock and they had to go the viewers’ votes to decide who will go home. The verdict: Mitchell Callaway is heading home.
