Mick Sattin The X Factor Australia 2014 Audition – Mick Sattin surprised the audience with a Beatles’ song  “With A Little Help From My Friends.” He is 31 years old from Wollongong, New South Wales. Popular among locals in Wollongong under his stage name Mick On Wheels. Mick said he won’t let his wheelchair hold him back from doing what he loves to do. He delivered a soulful rendition and got standing ovation!

The X Factor Australia judges have all these to say: Dannii Minogue said what a performance! Redfoo said “15 and a singing machine. I’m too excited!” Nat said not so many people can sing that. Ronan Keating said ” Man you got some soul. Love that tone!” Erin Miranda is off to The Bootcamp!

Erin is 15-year-old Filipino high school student from Sydney. She sang her version of Jennifer Hudson’s popular song “And I’m Telling You (I’m Not Going)” on The X Factor Australia 2014 auditions, Wednesday, July 23, 2014. A standing ovation!

Brothers 3 The X Factor Australia 2014 AUDITIONSBrothers 3 The X Factor Australia 2014 Auditions – Siblings auditioning as a band at the X Factor Australia 2014 keep coming.   Introducing the Brother 3 Band who all grew up in the farm and they love music. They are brothers Macerum 16, Tazan 17,  and Shardan 18. Their audition song is Safe and Sound, a song by Taylor Swift which is one of the song of the popular movie The Hunger Games.

The X Factor Australia judges have all these to say: Natalie said that it was spine tingling. There is something about siblings performing together. Ronan Keating said it’s like channeling the Mamas and Papas and Australia needs a band like you. Dannii Minogue said Brothers Three is like folk, country and pop. Love it.   Redfoo said He loved it all, but most of all their personalities. You guys are ridiculous.

Brothers Three had 4 Yes votes and  and off to the next stage, The Bootcamp!

Anja Nissen Wins The Voice Australia 2014Anja Nissen Wins The Voice Australia 2014! – Anja came as underdog and needed a wild card to be in the last remaining 5 artists for The Voice Australia 2014. Then, the first announcement of the Top 3 namely Jackson Thomas, Johnny Rollins, and Anja Nissen!  We say goodbye to the unique duo ZK and Rockstar Frank Lakoudis.  The top 3 performed their last song at The Voice Stage followed by clips of their individual journeys.

Australia is home to over 800 charismatic, and in some cases, peculiar species of bird, each with their own impressive abilities. With the stunning view of Sydney Harbour as a backdrop, the QBE Free Flight Bird Show introduces us to these birds and their unique talents. Seats are filling fast for this particular show so it’s best to plan your visit at Taronga Zoo. Please allow time to go the site, perhaps between 15-20 minutes before the start of the show to get the best seats.

    How To Go To Taronga Zoo

    By Ferry: Taronga Zoo is located just 12 minutes from Circular Quay by ferry. Catch a ferry just beside the Circular Quay Train Station.

    By Bus: The 247 Bus via Military Road and Bradleys Head Road to Taronga Zoo can be caught from Wynyard – Stand A (Carrington St) or QVB Stand D (York St). Also from Chatswood Interchange – Stand J take the 257 via Victoria Ave, Penshurst Street, Willoughby Road, Pacific Highway, Falcon Street and Military Road. Change at Mosman Junction and take the 247 via Military Road and Bradleys Head Road to Taronga Zoo. A lternatively, from the Chatswood Interchange, take the 143 from Stand M via Pacific Highway, Falcon Street and Military Road. Disembark near Cowles Road and take the 247 via Military Rd and Bradleys Head Road to Taronga Zoo. From Balmoral Beach: take the 238 Bus from The Esplanade via Raglan Street, Wolseley Road, Middle Head Road and Bradleys Head Road to Taronga Zoo. From Clifton Gardens: take the 228 Bus from Morella Road via Thompson Street to Whiting Beach Road for a short walk to Taronga Zoo.

    By Car: Cross the harbour either via the Harbour Bridge or Sydney Harbour Tunnel and continue on to the Warringah Freeway before taking the Military Road exit and turning right onto Military Road. Follow Military Road to Spit Junction and turn right to stay on Military Road in Mosman. At the roundabout, take the second exit on to Bradleys Head Road and continue 1.3km before arriving at Taronga Zoo. If you’re coming from M2 Motorway, continue on to the Lane Cove Tunnel, making a slight right at the Gore Hill Freeway. Continue on to the Warringah Freeway before exiting on the right on to the Military Road exit. Continue on to Military Road, later turning right to stay on Miliary Road in Mosman. At the roundabout, take the second exit on to Bradleys Head Road and continue 1.3km before arriving at Taronga Zoo. If you’re coming via the M5: Follow the M5 South West Way Motorway, merging on to General Holmes Drive. Take a slight left at the Eastern Distributor and continue onto the Cahill Expressway and continuing further on to the Sydney Harbour Tunnel. Continue on to the Warringah Freeway and exit right on to Falcon Street, continuing onto Military Road, later turning right to stay on Miliary Road in Mosman. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Bradleys Head Road and continue 1.3km before arriving at Taronga Zoo.
