Declan Sykes showed off another side of him singing Life on Mars by David Bowie. He was totally different last night. So far he  got good comments from Ronan Keating congratulating for being diverse and said he had such a beautiful tone to his voice. Natalie Bassingthwaighte  just loved the performance and said it was captivating. Guy Sebastian   added that he was mesmerized of Declan’s performance .

Will this youngest X-Factor Contestant win this year’s X-factor Australia? He is Declan Sykes. 15 years of age. He is from Melbourne, Australia. He think he is different and spend most of his time on his computer. He really wanted to win the X-Factor!

Declan Sykes X Factor AustraliaDeclan Sykes Melbourne audition was impressive with his rendition of “High and Dry” by Radiohead. In fact the had crowd gone wild and gave Declan a standing ovation. He was hilarious and was very entertaining. His Mom was on his side and a big fan of Declan (as expected). He looks weird but surely, he got the X-Factor and can potentially sell records!

  • He made it to Guy’s Top 12!
  • He was again selected by Guy for the Boot Camp and Mentoring and was in Guy’s Top 6
