QUEENSLAND’S border will be closed from midnight, Wednesday, 25 March 2020.
Anyone traveling into Queensland will be required to self quarantine for 14 days regardless if they are sick or not.
QUEENSLAND has recorded its highest increase of coronavirus cases in a 24-hour period, with 60 new cases confirmed overnight.
Queensland will follow South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory in introducing border restrictions.

From midday, pubs, clubs, cinemas, casinos, nightclubs, indoor sporting venues and places of worship must close. Restaurants and cafés are restricted to takeaway and home deliveries.
