Anja Nissen Wins The Voice Australia 2014Anja Nissen Wins The Voice Australia 2014! – Anja came as underdog and needed a wild card to be in the last remaining 5 artists for The Voice Australia 2014. Then, the first announcement of the Top 3 namely Jackson Thomas, Johnny Rollins, and Anja Nissen!  We say goodbye to the unique duo ZK and Rockstar Frank Lakoudis.  The top 3 performed their last song at The Voice Stage followed by clips of their individual journeys.

The moment of truth. Last 3 standing! Third place is called and it was Johnny Rollins! Then the final announcement. Jackson Thomas and Anja Nissen nervously waiting. The winner is Anja Nissen!!!   Congratulations Anja Nissen, The Voice Australia 2014!!!

Common! He did a fantastic version, a Johnny Rollins version, of the beautiful Percy Sledge’s love song, “When a Man Loves a Woman.”  You need to watch the video below and you will hear how incredible he is! Joel Madden commented that it was really good and it’s a wedding material. Flirting that he will do a slow dance with his wife with that song. Ricky Martin said he didn’t sound like anyone. Will.I.am said he not just a drummer but a lead and will download this song on itunes.

    As one of the last two artists in Coach Kylie Minogue, together with Kat Jade, he really made his coach proud. Australia voted and  Johnny Rollins will be representing Team Kylie at next week’s Grand Finals.

    Commenting on her performance, Joel Madden said she is like a darkhorse coming from nowhere but did powerful stuff and it’s really cool to see Kat do that;  Ricky Martin said he loves the transformation of Kat ; Coach will.i.am said her performance is like a freakin’ Grammy performance. while Kylie Minogue said Kat just so Kat and the Diva is out!

    Results was announced and Kat Jade obtained the highest audience votes at Team Kylie. She is now heading to the semi-finals at the The Voice Australia 2014.

    ZK sing Imagine The Voice Australia 2014ZK Sing Imagine The Voice Australia 2014 – Starting their performance acknowledging their indigenous roots, ZK brought an authentic and touching performance of the legendary anthem by John Lennon with the song “Imagine.”  The Talented Duo from Adelaide Kristal West and Zaachariah Fielding surely made John Lennon proud. Commenting on their performance,  Joel Madden said they have brought cultural authenticity into music and they really could win the show;  Ricky Martin  said they made the music of John Lennon came alive and he was really touched by their performance; while  Kylie Minogue said it changed the atmosphere and the performance is really beautiful. Their coach will.i.am said it sounded beautiful and amazing and their family and all the people supporting them must be proud about this performance.

    ZK got the highest audience votes in Team Will.i.am and are through to the next round at the The Voice Australia 2014.

    Sabrina Batshon sings Empire The Voice Australia 2014Sabrina Batshon sings Empire The Voice Australia 2014 Live Finals – Sabrina gave a stunning rendition of a  Shakira’s  hit song Empire. Any song seems so easy for Sabrina! She has such a natural talent. Incrideble performance. Will.i.am thinks it’s awesome! Kylie says it such an extraordinary presence, power and precision. Joel became a believer that Sabrina can win this show. His coach Ricky said he is so proud of her performance. Sabrina hails from Sydney, and was a former contestant of another reality TV singing contest Australian Idol in 2009.

    She had an outstanding performance in the blind audition singing The Power of Love and she outperformed Lionel Cole on the Battles Round with their song Beauty and the Beast. She has also performed the epic song of Australian Singer Sia Furler entitled Chandelier! 

    Sabrina is through to the next round. She had the highest vote in Team Ricky! Congratulations!
