She is with Team Ricky and she is up against Sabrina Batshon and Josh McDonald. Elly is originally from South Korea and loves to sing Opera. She is a music teacher teaching students in her garage.

The Voice Australia Showdowns has one more night of Showdowns where celebrity coaches Joel Madden, Ricky Martin and newcomers Kylie Minogue, and will.i.am will have to choose the best 4 artists to take through to vie for the title of The Voice Australia 2014.

ZK sing Say Something The Voice Australia 2014The Talented Adelaide Duo, ZK, R’n’B soul team Kristal West and Zaachariah Fielding, performed “Say Something” by A Great Big World on The Voice Australia Showdowns. It was an awesome performance literally stole the show with this tearkerker song that earned them a ticket to the next round.

Sabrina did another powerful performance singing Whitney Houston’s Queen of the Night. She is with Team Ricky and she up against early favorite singer Ely Oh.  Sabrina hails from Sydney, and a former contestant of another reality TV singing contest Australian Idol in 2009.

She had an outstanding performance in the blind audition singing The Power of Love and she outperformed Lionel Cole on the Battles Round with their song Beauty and the Beast

He is from Sydney and off stage, he is a talented 3D animator completing a degree in web and app design. After this performance, he sailed to the next round for Team Joel.

Tasha Amoroso Battles ZK The Voice Australia 2014Adelaide’s R’n’B soul team Kristal West and Zaachariah Fielding, known as ZK battles it out to next round against 25-year-old singer-songwriter,Tasha Amoroso. These artists are under Team Will. ZK met four years ago but only recently melded their talents to form the duo ZK. Tasha had written over 100 songs and was a winner of  the Busking Competition at the Tamworth Country Music Festival in 2012. 

ZK and Tasha gave a heartfelt performance of Mumford and Sons‘ ‘The Cave‘.

These two artists are on Team Kylie. 31 Year old Hayley Jensen is well-known on Australian stage placing fourth on Australian Idol in 2004. Kat Jade, on the hand, is 23 year old who enjoys full-time career in music. She teaches singing and performs regularly at live venues, corporate functions, weddings and theatres around Adelaide.

 23 Year old Courtney Hale is Hip-hop dance champion and musical theatre performer who recently moved from New Zealand to Australia to pursue her love of music. Holly Tapp is a 22 year old country girl with a strong connection to the land, Holly divides her time between cattle rustling on her dad’s station and studying music in Byron Bay.

Courtney and Holly took on a Avicii’s song ‘Addicted To You’.

Candice Skjonnemand versus Thando Sikwila The Voice Australia 2014 Another sensational battle had unfolded at the most popular TV Show in Australia, The Voice Australia 2014! This time it’s Candice Skjonnemand versus Thando Sikwila Singing a breathtaking song by Emeli Sande entitled “Clown.”

Candice Skjonnemand is a powerhouse vocalist from Gold Coast and a mother of two and runner up in last year’s Karaoke World Championships. Candice Skjonnemand had three judges turning during her audition when he sang Adele’s Turning Tables. Thando Sikwila is a 20 year old songwriter and lead singer of a self-titled 5-piece R’n’B band, ‘Thando’ and reggae band, ‘Echo Drama’. Thando is emigrated from Zimbabwe to Australia.

Sabrina Batshon The Voice Australia 2014Sabrina Batshon The Voice Australia 2014 – She walked at center stage and dared to sing a big ballad Celine Dion’s song “The Power of Love.”  She is Sabrina Bastshon, 29 years of age from Sydney, and a former contestant of another reality TV singing contest Australian Idol in 2009. She delivered a beautiful rendition and immediately Joel Madden, Kylie Minogue, and Ricky Martin turned their chairs on her.

Classically trained and educated at Newtown High School of the Performing Arts, this gifted 29-year-old has the ability to sing in Italian and French and has a voice influenced by theatre, jazz and blues.

Will Sabrina be more successful at The Voice Australia 2014? She picked Ricky Martin as her mentor.
